About

Inside Sandwell Valley is Forge Mill Farm, where you can meet the animals, the kids can enjoy the sand pit and they can join in with craft activities. The farm is open most days throughout the year. There is a small charge to enter.

Visitors can see rare breed cattle and sheep and also offers visitors the opportunity to see other varieties of livestock and to explore the farm trail.

Visit our farm shop where you can purchase gifts, light refreshments, plants, local produce, logs, compost and manure. Small bags of animal feed are also on sale. (Open each day 10.00am - 4.30pm)

A small children's play area along with picnic tables and an indoor vending area combine to make this a great place to visit.

There is also a large car park, disabled access to the farmyard, and the farm also has toilets and baby changing facilities. Entrance to the farm is free.

The farm is a gateway to other areas of the Country Park, including Forge Mill Lake, RSPB Nature Centre and Swan Pool.
